The entryway of Mulholland Estates is located between Benedict Canyon, and Beverly Glen. It is comprised of estates which were built in the 1990s with living space ranging from 6,000 to 12,000 square feet. You’ll find a variety of Tuscan and Spanish architectural designs here. Community amenities include the courts for tennis and basketball.
The Los Angeles Unified School District serves this community with facilities like highly ranked Roscomare Road Elementary and Robert A. Millikan Middle School as well as Ulysses S.
